Louise proudly walked out on the courtyard saying, “It’s my birthday right now! I am 3!”<\/p>\n
The children incorporated the long flat blocks with the climbing structure to make teeter totters! Elias and Maya stood on each side of the block and jumped up and down as it rested on the elevated boarder. Ezaad, Alex, Maeve, and Noah noticed, and quickly went over to the shed to get blocks to join in on the fun.<\/p>\n
Inside after snack, the children were building really big block and magnet tile towers. Heather read lots of books with the children, as well. “Eye Spy” is a current favorite book – and game!<\/p>\n
For project\u00a0 time, we set up the tables with paper, trays of paint, and vehicles. Some friends chose to wear smocks, and some of you might have some laundry for later \ud83d\ude09 The children dipped the cars in the paint and zoomed around the tables. We heard the children saying, “It’s driving fast”, “I got a flat tire!”, and “I’m painting my wheels.”<\/p>\n
For tomorrow’s triple birthday bash, the children want to celebrate by making a cake! Can anyone bring in some strawberries, blueberries, and cream cheese or heavy cream? Thank you! We will be singing “happy birthday” to Kayomi, Louise and Noah during afternoon snack.
