Happy Tuesday everyone!<\/p>\n
As usual, the courtyard was filled with problem solving and working together as the children found different areas to play. We were joined by a few Redwoods this morning, our friends joined them playing volleyball, soccer, basketball, and some wrestling. We had a conversation about the truck in the alley, we heard comments “It’s so loud,” “What is it doing?” “It smells!” We came to conclusion that they were taking away sewage water.<\/p>\n
A few children recalled that we took the easel out of the storage room yesterday but there wasn’t enough time to use it to paint yesterday, so they were excited to go upstairs. As soon as they washed their hands, they requested for paint, paint brushes, and paper. The rearrangement of the classroom has given the children more space to expand their imagination and play in different areas. Our garden is thriving and growing taller every day, we hear the children talking about it while they water the garden. “Look at the potatoes, they’re so tall,” “Those are big too, what are they?” “We have to water the garden!” “Can I have a turn?” “What’s that one growing there?”<\/p>\n
